Returns Policy

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.

International Returns

  • International customers are also eligible for returns within 14 days of receipt.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs and duties where applicable.

  • Please clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional customs fees.

 
How to Return an Item

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges
